We worked with Kathy on several advertising items. Not only did she design
our website, but she also designed our brochures, flyers, business cards and
some large display signs that we are using in several pet stores to advertise
our business.
Before working with Kathy, we had contacted several large AND small companies to
hire for our advertising needs. After meeting Kathy and seeing how
professional she was, we decided to hire her. After seeing the work
she did for us and comparing it to samples of competitors' products, we were
glad we hired her. Not only were her prices affordable, but her work

Kathy,
This letter is to express my sincerest appreciation for not only KPW Artistic Designs’ high-quality car magnet products, but for Kathy’s exceptional, first-class, top-notch, customer
service.
I recently placed an car order with Kathy for multiple pairs of car magnets for the non-profit Boxer Rescue organization I volunteer for and asked to receive the
magnets under a rather tight and perhaps unreasonable deadline. Kathy and her team worked 24/7 to complete my order and ship them out to me
right on time.
Out of the goodness of her heart and being an animal lover herself, Kathy was kind enough to waive the shipping charges and sales tax as a donation to our non-profit organization, on
top of giving us the most competitive price in the market for the magnets. My co-volunteers and I anxiously awaited the arrival of our
magnets, and were absolutely elated when they arrived in the mail. The overall quality and clarity
of our colorful logo is superb and Kathy even added some creative touches by placing a boxer dog’s head in the “@” sign of our email address.
It is clear that Kathy has years of experience in the business. Even after our order was complete, the exceptional customer service
continued. One of our volunteers drives a small car and the magnets were too large. I emailed Kathy and explained the situation and she promptly replied with a once again, “no problem” attitude and
assured me that she would create a smaller pair of car magnets for my co-volunteer over the weekend.
I myself, have been in high-tech sales for nearly 15 years, and really appreciate the “above and beyond” customer service that Kathy has
provided. I have requested a stack of her business cards and will keep them in my car to give to people as they compliment my first-class car magnets.
